SHIPPING

ORDERS FROM OUR STORE ship WORLDWIDE. An additional charge per shipment is applied to customers outside of the USA. Any duties, taxes or fees are also the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA. Most international packages will arrive within 8-13 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 40 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment delivery date

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS ship to 28 countries at this time. Shipping and taxes are included in our USA monthly membership. International subscriptions have an additional shipping charge and duties are not included. Monthly Member orders will generally ship within 10 business days after the initial order and will recur monthly. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA and 8-13 business days for International. 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

RETURNS  

AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING BOX RETURNS OR OFFERING PRODUCT EXCHANGES.

All memberships that are paid in full at the time of checkout are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a damaged item however we will do everything we can to remedy the situation and we will replace the item at no charge.
