Returns

Our exchange policy is 24 hours from receipt of items ordered. Items must be unopened and unused, and exchanges must be approved within 7 days of receipt of your order. To process an exchange a please send a detailed email within 24 hours of receipt. An agent will confirm your request and review for approval. If request is approved, exchange will be shipped out within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item to be exchanged. 

NO REFUNDS ON ANY ORDER (unless there is a manufacturing error or defect, see below). 

If approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, a refund may be approved with proof of factory defect within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
